Strategy first, then Wednesday’s topics. Everyone brings their own topic, and we name who emcees Wednesday. The emcee rotates.

Send guests the guest information. Check each longer project’s status and next step, then the website and governance.

What moves forward: topics, who’s taking part, and guests invited.

Go straight into Riverside. Share updates, then record each topic in turn, in 15–20 minute segments with a rotating emcee.

Everyone selects Leave at the end and keeps the tab or app open until the upload finishes.

Check every track finished uploading. Pick clips and share them internally in Telegram. Decide which clips are cleared to publish.

Refresh what we’ve been working on and update the topic list.

What moves forward: cleared clips, website updates, and the topic list.

Approved clips, segments and episodes are released through a variety of distribution: members’ and partners’ social media and affiliate networks.
